On the beautiful island of Skiathos, part of the Sporades island complex, with the sandy beaches and the lash green mountains, one comes across the lovely forest of Platania only 950 meters from Agia Paraskevi beach (850m from the 16th bus stop on the way to Koukounaries). Right there, among plane trees, pines and fruit trees we have created Marialena Village.
It is a residential complex of high aesthetics – A’ class – that is harmoniously integrated into the natural environment and follows the architectural standards of the island. Especially the open space around the pools among the palm trees will offer you absolute tranquility.

Lovely place if you don?t mind a 20 min walk to beach buses etc. Once there quiet setting, different from usual in town or by sea apartments we?ve stayed in over the past 30 years. George the owner and his family very welcoming. Good choice of traditional restaurants (meals without chips) between 10 and 20 minute walk. Will go back again I?m Sure. Rooms are big, especially the bathroom. unfortunately there was a bad smell from the bath but I think was a common problem in the island, probably overloaded in this period.
